I know this probably has a "duh" answer to it, but I wanted to make sure...can AmeriColor be used in for example a fruit dip? Thanks for looking & any answers!

Yes, Americolor works great for coloring all kinds of food. I have used it to add a little yellow to yellow cake (the egg yolks were too pale), lemon pie filling, etc.

It will not work to color chocolate or candy melts. It will cause it to seize. There are special colors for chocolate.

thanks so much for your response, all that the fruit dip has in it is plain yougurt, cream cheese, pudding mix & poppyseeds.

It sounds like a good dip. Add as splash of vanilla to help blend all of the flavors.

Yep!

I've used it for plain cream cheese and bread dough.
