Hi everyone...haven't posted in quite some time but here goes.

I am planning an anniversary cake for the in laws next weekend, 16", 12" and 8". What I would like to do, should time be on my side, is the 16" half vanilla, half chocolate, and I know the 8" will be a carrot, would it decrease the integrity of the cake to do 2 flavours for the 12" as well. If not, any recommendations for 2 additional flavours? I was playing with Chai tea,and Almond, or maybe a fruit flavour.

how about for the 12" raspberry and/or lemon? you could do half and half or swirl them together. or i dont know if almond and raspberry or lemon go together... if they do you could do that tier half and half.

i don't see how the integrity of the cake will be decreased with 2 flavors. icon_smile.gif

I should have specified....they would not be baked together. I would bake a whole lemon and a whole raspberry then cut each in half and stack. That is the problem.
