I am planning on making plumeria flowers. How do I paint the color on the flower when I am finished? Do I mix some gel icing color with alcohol? Help please icon_smile.gif

I would dust them with petal dusts for the most realistic look. If you have questions, PM me.

I actually recently just did this on my cherry blossom wedding cake. I added Vodka to my petal dust and also added pearl luster dust to it. My flowers were made out of 50/50 fondant/gumpaste. Make flowers, wait for them to dry then paint on. I'd paint in pearl first then wait for them to dry, then use yellow mixed with some pearl dust. Then I would lightly dry dust some pink on them. Good Luck icon_razz.gif
