Hi everyone,

I have a fab chocolate cake recipie and a fab carrot cake recipie only prob is i want to use the same recipie to make a sheet cake, how do i adapt it so that it cooks well and tastes just as good as a round cake?

as long as you don't overbake it, it will taste just the same. I switch shapes all the time.

Just double or triple your recipe depending on how much you need. Whatever you do, don't alter the recipe and it should be just fine.

You can probably get by with using double the recipe. You will probably also want to use an inverted flower nail and/or bake strips to make it bake more evenly. I swear by the flower nail trick in my 11X15 pan.
