I currently use the buttercream dream on my cakes but in this weather it sweats and begins to melt right away. Is there a way to prevent this or a great tasting buttercream that would work better?

Thanks!

Try indydebi's BC, she swears it holds up in the heat and it tastes great.

I live in the south and swear by 'indydebs' recipe. It works GREAT.

Does anyone how the sweet factor is with indydebi's bc? I think I will try it this weekend on my July 4th cake but I want to make sure it is not too sweet.

Thanks!

It's sugar, it's goint to be sweet. Try adding a little popcorn salt to cut the sweetness.
