Can Extra Ganache Be Refrigerated And Used Later?

This may seem like a silly question but I always seem to have some ganache left over and wondered if I could refridgerate it and then use it at a later time. Thanks for any help you can give me!
Yes you can refridgerate it. May need to be re-whipped next time you use it. Don't throw that stuff out - its too darn good!
I agree. You can refrigerate ganache - in fact that's how you make truffles. You put ganache in the fridge and then when firm you scoop into a ball and roll in cocoa, pwd sugar, melted chocolate chips...ohhh truffles - yummm...sorry got sidetracked.
