Hello-
My husbandâs niece is leaving next week for an exchange program in Peru. My SIL wants me to make her a cake shaped like Peru and mark off a couple of places sheâs going to be staying. The carving of the cake seems relatively easy (is that a jinx for myself?!?!).

My question is what color the frosting should be? I made a shaped cake of California for a friend before and just frosted it with white BC. It looked ok but Iâm thinking it could look better.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
