Maybe this is dumb, but I'll ask it any way. Do any of you use both your oven shelves when baking multi tiered cakes? I have usually only used one but I have 12 layers to do and using both shelves would really help.
I use all three of my racks at the same time (but I do use the convection feature so not sure if that would make a diff in a 'non-conv' oven).
My oven isn't convection, just a regular one. Thanks anyways! Anyone else out there. I'm going to start on a wedding cake this morning.
