I have been looking for a cookie icing recipe that you make from candy melts. does anyone out there have one?

I think the wilton recipe is similar to my ganache recipe and if so, it won't harden like cookie iciing usually does ... making it hard to stack iced cookies. You might have to play with it ... add more chocolate, for example, to get it to set properly.
