I didn't have a whole lot of modeling chocolate so I didn't add as much corn syrup. I'm afraid now I don't have enough as it's crumbling. I've made several times before but I've always enough ingrediants so I've never done the whole guessing game. Can I heat it up and add more corn syrup? Do I knead in some shortening? PLEASE HELP! Thanks in advance
If you know how much corn syrup is missing, by all means gently warm it and add the extra. Don't over stir it or the oils will separate.
