I was going to make a carrot cake using the Super enhanced cake mix recipe on here but I was wondering if I add some chredded carrots to it, will it ruin it or make it to moist.. Has anyone tried that?
Adding shredded carrots should not impact the recipe in a negative way.
I wouldn't think of making a carrot cake without adding more carrots to the mix. And raisons and or walnuts also.
Hmmmm, I think I need some cake.
