I did the bottom tier last night and covvered it in fondant. Did the middle tier today. It's on a 10" plastic cake plate. when I went to put it on the bottom tier all the fondant cracked around the corners. They are hexagon tiers. What can I do to fix this? Anything?
If you make some buttercream, or better yet royal icing in a color that matches the fondant, then use it like spackling to fill in the cracks
