Is there some kind of a rose cutter for gumpaste roses that anyone would recommend?

I use the JEM Easy Rose Cutter. It comes in different sizes. I found it on Ebay, but you can get them from one of the cake decorating supply sites.

I use the same five petal cutter as becklynn mentioned. Here is a link from Global Sugar Art for the petal cutter.
