Now what? lol This will mean I've taken: Courses 1-3 and the Fondant and Gum paste course.
I'm a hobbyist, so I'm not looking to make this a profession (at this time). But I'd like to be able to learn more, more, and MORE! Can't quite afford the Wilton Master's course yet (nor do I have the vacation time at work right now), and I think I've watched just about every video tutorial.
Any ideas on what I can practice next? Or should I just keep trying to one-up myself as I do more cakes for family and friends?

And of course keep trying to one up yourself.
