I was thinking of doing a basic kind of class for a small church group. It would just be for an hour, just once, and I was trying to decide what I would do that wouldn't use alot of tools. I think I'd like to do bubblegum or starburst roses, because those are pretty easy and the materials are easy to get. But I wasn't sure what else I could do. I might show how to do the cupcake swirl and how to put fondant on cookies, but both those would have to be more show-and-tell than a hands on thing because I don't have that many large swirl tips or rolling pins. I guess we could do chocolate or buttercream transfers, but they would probably melt on the way home (though I might do it anyways). Anyone have any brilliant ideas?

you could also make a teddy bear out of tootsie rolls.
