Need Urgent Help Please. Can I Use The Creamy Vanilla

icing from Magnolia bakery under Fondant.
I'm making their red velvet cake and their icing but the cake needs to be covered with fondant. Or should I only use it as a filling and regular buttercream to coat?

as long as your crumb coat is light, it will be fine. Too much icing under fondant can make bulges

Thanks, I'll try it next time, I went with regular buttercream just to be safe.
