icing from Magnolia bakery under Fondant.
I'm making their red velvet cake and their icing but the cake needs to be covered with fondant. Or should I only use it as a filling and regular buttercream to coat?
as long as your crumb coat is light, it will be fine. Too much icing under fondant can make bulges
