I am making my first gluten free cake. Not sure how its suppose to come out. Mine is a bit dence. Should I whip the egg whites first? Or should I just use whole eggs? Trying to make a white gluten free cake. It doesn't taste bad. Like I said just dence. Anyone have a good recipe? This one not bad but not sure what I am doing. Need it for tomorrow. Thanks for any help.
Sorry...haven't tried one yet so no help...but you could always go purchase one of the gluten-free cake mixes at the store and try it!
Also, try searching the forums for gluten free cakes...I bet there is something!
