So after reading so many posts on adding coffee creamer to their cake batter instead of water I decided that I would try it. Well I got a white cake mix and some liquid creamer. So I just made the cupcakes and they all fell in the center. The only thing I did was add 1/2 cup creamer and 1/2 water instead of the full 1 cup water other wise I followed the directions. So what did I do wrong? They do taste good. Please help!

What type of mix did you use? I sometimes have problems with duncan hines when I use creamer... But what I do, is about 3/4 cup creamer and fill the rest with milk to whatever the amount is supposed to be. I also add in a pudding mix and an extra egg white.

I guess you just get to fill in with extra buttercream icon_smile.gif Not sure I was much help though...
