I currently live in economically depressed Michigan, my DH has a possible chance at a job in Arizona. I'm interested in the business climate there. Does AZ license homebakers? Any comments or advice is appreciated!

Arizona does not license home bakers. AZ has difficult licensing requirements for most business types. HTH
