Hi again,
I am making my first wedding cake which will be covered in chocolate ganache. I am making lots of cut out flowers and things out of rolled icing .
Would it be ok to secure them around my chocolate ganache cake ( fence with ducks and flowers like a summere fete theme) or would you ladies use some other covering. I am in UK and lots of ingredience you use in USA are not availible here or I do not know what they are ( I am from Slovakia). thank you

Hi there, am also in the UK. Personally i would probably wait till the ganache sets and then use darkened royal icing to attach the decorations as it sets harder than the chocolate and would prob have less chance of falling off. Just my opinion, and its probably wrong! lol
