Any suggestions on how early is too early to make 36 cupcakes. It is a duncan hines doctered mix recipe, and I need them for Friday morning, and would like to bake them tomorrow. Any tips?

I have made them 24 hrs in advance and they still tasted great. I try to make them at the last possible moment so they will be very fresh. If they have to sit for a while, I cover them as much as I can to keep air out.

I always freeze my cakes before decorating, can I do the same with cupcakes?
