Any Bakers from Western NY may I ask what you charge for a slice of wedding cake?
just plain buttercream - I charge $2.50
With filling - I charge $2.75
and with fondant? - I have never had a request for fondant cake so I have no idea.
I am curious if my prices are too low or too high.

You are in line with Pumpernick and The Dessert Deli. My old wilton instructor used to charge between $2.50-$5 for fondant. I myself have just started selling and don't charge nearly enough! I do know of a random place in East Aurora that rents dummy cakes, the bottom tier is real cake, and they require you to purchase a kitchen cake, which starts at $1.75/serving. HTH!
