Hi, well I'm making my first wedding cake, and the customer does not like the taste of Wilton rolled fondant. But yet she wants the smooth, neatness that fondant give a cake. I'm just wondering what tastes better, Choco-pan, or satin ice, or is there anything better tasting.
Welcome to Cake Central. Almost every brand tastes better than Wilton, even though some people even like the Wilton.
Also, most recipes make a tasty product. Chocopan tends to be softer than Satin Ice, but both taste good.
