Has anyone made a Shooting Star cake? Not a flat cake, but like a sculputred, 3D cake? If so, please send me pictures. I am trying to get my local baker to make one for my neice's Sweet 16.

In an older Wilton Yrbk there was a 2-d version that might be of some help. Basically it's a star pan and a horseshoe pan; it was star fillin; I think a Strawberry Shortcake design.
I'm also picturing in my mind a 3-d lopsided heart that was in a magazine....I think ACD a few yrs back. Using those directions they might be able to make a star. Hope this helps some.
