Help guys and gals! I need to find a buttercream recipe that has no dairy in it. Partially to use with MMF that can sit out, but I also just was asked to do a dairy free decorated cake for a client whose son has a food allergy. Any suggestions?

This is the recipe I use
3 c. crisco
1/2 t. salt
4 lbs powdered sugar (sifted)
2 t. vanilla
1 cup water

beat crisco and salt for 30 seconds to smooth
add 2 lb powdered sugar, water and vanilla.
slowly add the rest of the powdered sugar.
