I Have A ''fondant '' Question...help...please

Hi, I wanted to know if you could take a cake out the freezer and apply fondant....?

Don't do it....I did it with a cake and did not wait long enough and it made the fondant sticky and shiney....

here is how I do mine... put little less than normal bc on cake.. flash freeze.. not frozen but icing is hard ... then cover.. it is a lot easier to smooth out and I don't get condensation... but if you should put a small fan on it .. well not ON it.. but let it blow on it LOL

icon_lol.gif Thank you, both for the fast reply...I thought the same things you said but I was hoping I was wrong...My cakes are frozen, but I'll let them half way defrost and then apply fondant...
