First off, congrats to your mom's co-worker!! My BIL, his dad and his bro had their ceremony a few weeks ago and it was great!

Something really simple could be the American Flag, or do you know what country the co-worker is from? YOu could do a sheet cake w/an outline of her country and then one of the US w/"Welcome to America" in the middle.
You could also do a little gumpaste figurine holding an AMerican Flag.

What do you think of this quote? I know it's a little long, but I kind of like what it says....

I like to see a man proud of the place in which he lives. I like to see a man live so that his place will be proud of him.
~Abraham Lincoln

And then I would put .... We're proud of you Kathy! Congratulations!

I was thinking of maybe making like a gumpaste plaque or something to put this on....what do you think?? icon_confused.gif
