Hello everyone. I just found this site and it is wonderful. Such talent.

I would like to line my beverage rims with chocolate similar to how margaritas are lined with salt. Does anyone know what I can use? I've attached a pictures.

Thank you so much,

How about just finely grating some chocolate using a cheese grater, then taking a lime wedge with a slit cut in the center or something else sticky such as a marashino cherry, run that around the edge of your glass and dip into the grated chocolate?

Good luck with whatever you do!
