Oh btw they were made in marzipan.. I have no idea who the maker was of these but BOY are they good
can you imagine eating one of those...??????????
i got it in an email. they're amazing.
LOL that is what my SIL said..
"How could someone eat one" LOL
Couldn't do it myself.. and really... how would you get paid ENOUGH to spend the hours it would take to do these?
Does anybody know who these might belong to? It didn't say in the email who made them
I'd like to see their other intricate designs
well i googled marzipan babies and came up with this.

even if they aren't marzipan... still amazing.
Christi, I think they may be the work of this artist

I have seen these before. I think it went around email saying they were marzipan but in fact they are polymer clay I think. I can't be 100% sure though. Still amazing either way.
OMG the ones with clothes are adorable! i don't care what they're made of, they're AMAZING.
Barb that is who done them... and they were clay.. now why would someone start a email saying they were marzipan????????
That irks me to no end LOL

Probably started by someone with too much time on their hands.
SweetTcakes makes these as well. Just check out her profile. They are made from marzipan. If you pm her she will email you the instructions. I havent had a chance to try them yet, but she sent me the instructions.
Whatever they're made of, the detail is amazing! I showed it to my DH and he thought--just as I did--that the first one looked amazingly like our 2 week old (haha)!
They are soo amazing!! I found a link to the artist's website, which is http://www.camilleallen.com/
These baby face molds come in food safe molds. I just ordered 3 different faces. I found them on ebay. The artist is Cheryl Trottier from BC, Canada. She also offers video instructions on how to make the babies. The face molds come in all different sizes. She has babies, fairies etc. for making babies, fairies from 1 1/2 inches to 6 inches. If you want to have a look just search baby face molds on ebay and they should come up. The ones shown are clay but she offers the molds for use with marzipan etc.
Thx phoufer for sharing that... those are amazing.
I had found someone a time a go that did use marzipan to do the babies... but for the life of me I cant find her info... sorry guys... they are amazing huh.
