Tirby,
Have you had a chance to meet with your unhappy bride?

Now that you mention it, I don't have a clue about mine either! that was 10 years ago. Mom saved the top tier for us, which was gross after being in the freezer for a year. But the cake, food, reception clean-up was the last thing on my mind. I was ready for my honeymoon!!

No I have not. The reason I am wanting to see her is she has the fountain and pillars ect......
I did leave a message on her home and cell # offering to come to her house to pick up the items (I do know her Grandma went to the hospital on Monday) just to ease the stress but no word back...
I will let everyone know...

I agree. I would not want anyone putting my face on the internet without my consent. Having said that, your cake is beautiful. I do not see any problem, certainly not one that warrants even a complaint.

not to stir the pot after the heat's been turned off but....

Did you happen to notice that the clock said 8:15 in ALL the photos? I'm going to guess that it is probably broken.

Actualy this is funny...
Look at the FIRST page and the first picture. the time is 1:50...
THEY WANTED it delivered that early.... so no the clock is not broken the cake was there for well over 6 hours before they cut it
and then was still standing at 10:00pm when they disassembled it to takle it home

I did not have time to read everything, I only looked at your picture. I think your cake was pretty. I'm sorry they didn't like it.
