I charged the equivalent of $135 for mine and it served about 40-45 (I think!). I would charge closer to $175-$200 now as the ingredients, utilities, gas etc are so much more expensive than a year ago!

I did a Wilton pan guitar for some people at my DH's work and only charged $45. But, it was just one layer and I used the star tip and BC to cover it. Nothing fancy. I would think (IMO) if you are doing something more detailed that price is fine...but, I am really new to this selling thing so don't quote me. icon_biggrin.gif

They say 3.00 - 4.00 a serving for carved cakes, so that's about right if you sell the cake for between 125.00 and 150.00 I have to do one in November and I'm not looking forward to it. Post me a picture. thumbs_up.gif The price for the Wilton one was decent also.

I would charge at least $ 4.00 a serving. I made a full scale PRS last Feb and it was alot of detail work . Fun to make, but alot of work icon_biggrin.gif
