My oven is on it's last leg. I've been wanting a double oven for awhile now, and would appreciate input on oven you really like. I can not afford a commercial oven. I am small home bakery so I am looking for a nice home oven. Let me know if you have one that you really love, or hate. Thanks for any input. It will be used mostly for cake baking. Convection, regular, combination? please help.

Thanks you,
Darlene

things tolook for is an oven with the option to shut off the convection fan if you go the convection route. You also need to take your largest pan with you when shopping, to see if it will fit in the oven you are looking at. Also, with convection you would like a two stage fan, it will either be a high/low or a bake/roast option.

I have a GE Profile, that is a high end home oven and i have had no problems with it at all, i've had it for about 6 years or so now.
