The recipe is from epicurious.... I have the cake in the oven, and realize the directions say to cool the cake completely in the pan.......... then it says to remove the cakes to racks, and cool completely on the racks......... ??? Which is it??
I usually cool about 10 min or so in the pan ON the rack and then turn over with wax paper in between rack and cake and let finish cooling. Maybe others with have some more suggestions for ya.
