I would like to make a slice cake... you know the one with the slice out of the side and then placed on top. Has anyone done it in bc or do you think it would just be best to use fondant?

I saw it here somewhere in buttercream... I dont know how you would search it.. but I wish there was a name for those kinds of cakes... I call the " with cake on top cakes".. lol
