I am drawing a blank, any idias for fillings with WASC that are not fruit based and that can be non refrigerated. This is for a graduation outside, and lately it can be 90 or 50, so I don't want to take any chances!
Thanks in advance,
Kym

The sleeved pastry fillings do not need to be refrigerated. They are available in tons of fruit flavors, but also Vanilla Bavarian Cream and Chocolate Bavarian Cream.

Thanks for the ideas. I was thinking chocolate ganache too, waiting for the final numbers on the cake so I will run it by the client when she calls.

Country Kitchen has the largest selection and best prices, but sometimes I order from other places if I'm already placing an order there

I made WASC with a white chocolate ganache that was wonderful but it is softer than regular ganache so be careful in transport.
