It's in metric and I need US, and I can't seem to get it figured out with Cake Central's conversion thing!
Thanks!

I just did this cake for Father's Day and had to do the conversions. Here is what I used:

200 mls water (my Anchor measuring cup had mls on one side and cups on the other so I didn't need to convert. If you do convert, it is approx. 7/8 cup)
250 grams white chocolate (9 oz.)
250 grams butter / margarine (9 oz. )
1 1/2 cups superfine sugar
1 cup self raising flour
1 3/4 cup plain flour
1/2 cup sour cream
2 eggs lightly beaten
1 teaspoon vanilla essence

I used a White Chocolate Cream Cheese Icing so I can't help you with any other conversion.

Hope this helps some.
