I need to make a cake with the frosting an ocean color to match the dresses. It's a light smoky blue color. How do I make this?

Not sure if its the same color but I used an ice blue made by Sugar Flair that gave me a Tiffany blue color. If you need something lighter, you might be able to use a cornflower blue. Its really hard to say without seeing the actual color.

Can I mix the color with regular blue to get the color?

Ok, that is like the color dress I had in my wedding. They called it periwinkle I believe! I believe if you use very little of a royal blue or if you can get your hands on the cornflower blue from Wilton, it will be just right!
