I just made this today... I know you need it this weekend, but I will let you know how long it lasts for me. Good luck with it!

It will keep several months in the fridge and even longer in the freezer. You do however need to wrap in plastic wrap or put in a ziplock bag and then put it itnan airtight container. HTH

Just wanted to say that I hope you had better luck with yours than I did mine! I let it sit for 24 hours before I did anything with it, and it got SO greasy that is slipped out of the plastic wrap, I ended up throwing it away!
