Hey everybody! I manage a bakery and I am the lead baker as well. We have new owners and they would like to have a gluten-free bagel for our customers. I was just wondering if anyone out there has a GOOD recipe that can be adapted to a commercial product. Any help would be wonderful! Thanks in advance.
Sorry, lkfarley...I don't have a recipe but I just had to add that my SIL and nephews came for a visit last week and the 2 year old nephew has a gluten allergy.
My poor SIL had to make separate meals for him and read every label in my house....we were going to go out for ice cream and even called the business to ask if they had gluten-free products...but they didn't so we couldn't go.
So, good luck finding a good recipe....and thanks for thinking of all the "no gluten" people out there!
