www.kitchenkrafts.com has hi-ration shortening- it is $7.95 for a 3 lb bucket just in case anyone wanted to try it out. I personally have not tried hi-ratio but have read great reviews on cc. Here is the link that will show you the shortening: http://www.kitchenkrafts.com/product.asp?pn=IN1103&c2p=hp

Thanks for the link. I too have been wanting to try it out but didn't want to step out and buy 50 pounds.
