Will Ganache Come Back To A Pourable Consistency?

I put left over ganache in the refrigerator 3 days ago. Can I have it come to room temp and make it pourable for a boston cream cake again???

You can gently warm it over a double boiler or in the micro on low setting, checking and stirring every 10 seconds or so. Mix well. Should be fine. Just don't overheat.
