I moved microchips from the regular ink cartridges to the edible ink cartridges. When I place them into the printer the blue and black inks keep blinking plus the yellow button which indicates ink problems keeps blinking. What do I do? I called Canon and they said they don't support the edible inks. Both products were brand new (printer and the inks) Help me please. Does anyone know what's wrong? icon_cry.gificon_cry.gif

Call the company where you bought the edible ink from. Most of them have really good customer service. I have this problem as well with my Canon. I have to call again to see if they can help me or let me return these inks for the ones with the chip, because mine won't work either.
