Sheet Cakes?

I am new in this so I have a question about sheet cakes. I dont know which size pan for a half, whole, etc. I tried to look it up but I couldnt find it. This site is awesome! I have been looking for months but my first post. Thank you for responding.

First off, WELCOME to the CC family!!! Soon enough you'll be as addicted as the rest of us!!

Secondly, you'll find a different couple responses to your questions. For the MOST part I think people go by this:

1/4 sheet - 9x13
1/3 sheet - 11x15
1/2 sheet - 12x18
2/3 sheet - 22x15 (two 11x15 side-by-side)
Full sheet - 24x18 (two 12x18 side-by-side)
