Is this stuff worth all of the trouble? What does it taste like? Will my customers say " whats with this fluffy flour tasting stuff?" thanks

I don't know what recipe you are looking at, but I have used a cooked flour icing that was fabulous. It is light and fluffy. Properly made, it doesn not taste like flour.
