What Is The Shelf Life For Meringue Powder??

I just found some in my cupboard and I know it's at least 2 years old.

WELL...Im not sure, but I also found some that was even older...it came from my mother in law who "use" to bake cakes...like 5yrs back!!!

she had like 6 cans...so she gave them to me, Ive used them to make like 8 cakes so far, and everyone has tasted very fresh, good and Ive had no problems.
