Right now I use the Wadkins double stregth Clear Vanilla.I buy it in the 3.78 litre jug (Bleach jug size) for about $100.00.It takes about 3-4 months to use up.I am considering using coffee creamers for a more cost effective ways to flavor. For those of you who use creamers to flavor your icings....do you have any tips? Are they considered non dairy??

I use the liquid ones found in the fridge section of the grocery. I gather there is some dairy in them as they are in the fridge. However, I read somewhere that once they are mixed in a BC icing, the sugar content helps preserve the creamer, meaning you can leave it out of the fridge for a time.

I use the" non-dairy powder creamer" (coffee mate). I use the french vanilla flavor the most...but have also use the plain powder if using another flavoring in my BC.

I also use Sharon's (Sugarshack) BC recipe and it is all non dairy recipe. I know you can keep it out for up to a week or two and even longer in the frig. or freezer.

God Bless,
Sharon
