Hi there
I would love it if someone could post the directions on what cake to use for the hamburger cake and how to decorate it. I have never done a carved cake before so what is the best recipe/type of cake to use.
Thanks

These are so much fun to make!! There is no carving. Here is the way I make mine:
3 9 inch round cakes (yellow)
1 box of brownie mix.. divide batter in two 9 inch round pans also. Once these are taken out of the oven, I barely let cool before I take out and "smoosh" down to form a "patty".
Condiments just colored bc., lettuce is colored coconut
Here is how I layer my hamburger:
9 inch cake
bc (ketchup,mustard)
patty (brownie)
another 9 inch cake then more "condiments" are added
another patty
last is your top bun, I use a tan bc, lightly airbrush then add rice krispie treats for the seeds on bun.
Just have fun with it. You can add tomato, pickles if wanted.
