I HATE HATE HATE whipped icing, i will never do it again. How in the world
do you get it smooth. i stayed up till 3 working on it and finally gave up.

Bench scraper, hot if you need it. Did you paddle the icing for a long time on low speed to get out all the air bubbles? Is that the problem?
