Okay! I have a cakematrix that I received from someone here on CC and it says that those deminsions (double layered) would feed 60. BUT when I was looking on CC for ideas I stumbled across a photo that said those deminsions would only feed 50. UGH Please help!!

I have a cake to make for tomorrow and the top was actually supposed to be the smash cake...so in taking that off the rest of the cake needs to feed 50.

Thanks!

Easiest thing for me is to pick a serving chart and stick with that.

Personally, I go by Earlene's chart. You get a little more cake.

Industry standard for wedding cakes and stuff is Wilton, http://www.wilton.com/wedding/cakeinfo/cakedata.cfm

SO, by Earlene's standards this feeds 53 and by Wilton standard it feeds 74
