I was wanting to use my bettercreme on a grad cake this weekend, but, I want to decorate using my airbrush....I swear I remember hearing the the whipped icings don't work the same with the airbrush.

Can somebody let me know if it is possible to airbrush on bettercreme please??

TIA

I don't airbrush but use the Wilton spray food colors and it works well.

it is definitely possible! I did it all the time in the grocery store bakery I worked in (and they still do it)

the only thing to be careful of is not to get to close and use a lighter air pressure if you can control it. It is easy to blow a hole in it if you aren't careful. But that is what other decorations on the cake are for, to hide it!
